Edward Hospital & Health Services Selects RCM Vendor

Edward Hospital of Naperville, Ill., has selected ClearContracts from Concuity (Vernon Hills, Ill.), a healthcare division of Trintech (Addison, Texas), to manage payment variances, denials, and revenue recovery.

The hospital also selected EOB Pro to retrieve, consolidate, and standardize electronic remittances from multiple payers into 835s.

Web-based ClearContracts will enable Edwards to analyze overall contract performance, verify expected reimbursement, and enhance the financial profitability of new and proposed payer contracts, says the company.

The EOB Pro system extracts all data necessary for applying cash to patient accounts, and imports information into ClearContracts for contract underpayment and denial management.
