| API Healthcare, a Hartford, Wis.-based provider of human capital management solutions, is acquiring Clearview Staffing Software, Inc. (Dallas), a provider of workforce management solutions designed to help healthcare staffing agencies recruit, credential, schedule and pay temporary staff.
According to the companies, Clearview’s applications will be integrated with API Healthcare’s applications, which will enable both hospital users and staffing agencies to realize cost savings and productivity gains.
Clearview provides SaaS-based healthcare staffing solutions that allow healthcare staffing agencies to automate the process of recruiting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing, scheduling, managing and paying temporary medical professionals, it says.
