In California, Jones has a similar philosophy and belief in getting on the same page from the get-go. “I think one of the real key ingredients for our success was developing an early shared vision, and understanding the importance of doing this together, so someone doesn’t do it for us,” he says. “That leads us to an environment of trust.”
