Rich Temple was CIO of Denville, NJ.-based St. Clare's Heath System, a four-hospital system recently acquired by Denver-based Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), the nation's second largest Catholic health system. The organization's facilities include 250 inpatient beds, a Level IV Infant Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, and Rehabilitation/Complex Care Unit. One-on-One With El Camino Hospital CIO Greg Walton
El Camino Hospital, a not-for-profit organization in Mountain View, Calif., is located on a 41-acre campus in Silicon Valley. Operating statistics show the hospital has almost 400 licensed beds, more than 2,200 employees and a medical staff of 830 physicians. The organization was one of the first in the country to go live with computerized physician order entry.
