Central Washington Hospital (Wenatchee, Wash.) is deploying PerfectDisk 2008 from Gaithersburg, Md.-based

Raxco Software for disk defragmentation needs on its servers.




With the implementation, defragmentation will be done automatically, with no staff intervention or time required, says the company, adding that regular defragmentation will enable the hospital’s database, file and application servers to run more efficiently.


Central Washington is a community hospital that serves as the major medical facility and referral center for North Central Washington. Services include inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac program, coronary and intensive care, respiratory care, oncology, dialysis, neonatal nursery, home health and hospice, regional trauma emergency department, skilled nursing and rehabilitative services.
