Christus Health plans to pilot bioMérieux's clinical intervention and patient monitoring software for St. ElizabethHospital in Beaumont, Texas. BioMérieux is an international diagnostics company with US headquarters in Durham, N.C.

According to BioMérieux, the software system, Stellara, is a Web-based application that provides infectious disease-specific recommendations to clinicians for medication treatment management.

Stellara can access reference citations associated with therapy or best practice recommendations through the Internet, and allow clinicians to customize alerts from most any drug therapy, micro, or lab screen, says the company.

The Health IT Summits gather 250+ healthcare leaders in cities across the U.S. to present important new insights, collaborate on ideas, and to have a little fun - Find a Summit Near You!
