Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC), a 68-bed hospital located in Silver City, N.M., has been recognized by

HIMSS Analytics (Chicago) as a Stage 6 organization.

It is the first hospital in New Mexico and the 51st of 5,170 hospitals in North America to earn the designation. GRMC is also one of only five hospitals with less than 100 beds to achieve Stage 6.

Gila Regional is one of the most modern health care facilities in New Mexico. As the largest hospital in a 100-mile radius, it serves as southwest New Mexico’s medical hub and provides a range of services and medical specialties to the people of Grant, Luna, Hidalgo and Catron counties.
