Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, a 524-bed hospital located in San Jose, Calif., and the Seton Family of Hospitals, a seven-hospital network in central Texas, have contracted with Los Altos, Calif.-based React Systems for its critical response notification system (CRNS).

According to the company, the React solution will enable the hospitals to alert staff to hospital codes, overflow warnings, severe weather updates and critical IT information notices, and reduce risk, vulnerability, liability and compliance concerns.
