St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan, a 529-bed teaching hospital that is part of the Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers system in New York City, is partnering with Burlington, Mass.-based CharOne for its release of information (ROI) product.

According to the company, the solution will help St. Vincent’s streamline its HIM workflow, reduce requestor backlog, and provide electronic delivery of medical records to its business office.

St. Vincent’s implemented ChartOne’s full range of ROI services, including release desk management, mail processing, request logging, management reporting and disclosure reporting, all of which are services performed by ChartOne employees at the hospital site.
