The University of Washington’s UW Medicine healthcare system went live on Atlanta-based DocuSys’ anesthesia information management system in 26 locations across the University of Washington Medical Center.

Also deployed across the UW Medicine enterprise was a coding module for documenting comorbid conditions and capturing professional fees, as well as a case viewing module, which will provide medical staff the ability to remotely view cases, according to the company.

Part of the University of Washington, UW Medicine owns or operates Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington Medical Center, University of Washington School of Medicine, UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics and UW Physicians.
