Zotec Partners (Carmel, Ind.), a solutions firm providing medical billing services and software to hospital-based physician specialty practices, has merged with Susan J. Taylor Inc. (SJT, Fishers, Ind.), a provider of practice management solutions for medical and anesthesiology clinics.

Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

SJT currently licenses Zotec's Electronic Billing Center (EBC) software which is designed to facilitate workflow management, eliminate unnecessary labor, and track productivity, says SJT and Zotec.

According to both companies, SJT is a previous client of Zotec Partners, and plans to help drive additional technology advances in the field of anesthesia billing.
