Medical Records Down in the Dumps

The personal records of 3,200 patients were “dumped” at a U.K. landfill site with ordinary rubbish rather than being shredded or burned in line with procedure. So, just a reminder that security was not better in the “paper days.” It gives a new meaning to “garbage in – garbage out.”
