Daughters of Charity Subsidizes EMRs

Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS) recently signed a multi-million dollar contract with Raleigh, N.C.-based Misys to offer its EMR to physicians in San Jose, Los Angeles and the Bay area at a subsidized rate.

Daughters of Charity will offer Misys MyWay for Communities as a hosted solution offering wide-ranging capabilities for EMRs, practice management and claims management, according to the company.

DCHS is a regional healthcare system of six hospitals and care centers based in Los Altos Hills, Calif.
