Medina General Hospital, a 118-bed facility based in Medina, Ohio, has implemented api Software's Navigator Payroll/HR system.

According to Bayamon, Puerto Rico-based api, its Navigator system streamlines the task of maintaining an employee database, enabling staff to track, manage, analyze and maintain HR data from employee application through termination. The system also allows healthcare organizations to process payroll and verifies benefit information, says the company.

Integration between the Navigator system, API's Payrollmationtime and attendance system, and the ActiveStaffer staffing and scheduling system, enables managers and executives to access employee information, contends api.
