OhioHealth (Columbus, Ohio) is deploying fully managed, remote hosting solution from Chicago-based Initiate Systems and Irvine, Calif.-based Accenx, which are teaming for the first time to provide this healthcare solution.

Initiate Patient is used as an enterprise master person index for healthcare organizations to transform business processes by delivering higher quality information, says the company. It is designed to deliver a comprehensive, single view of patients to end-users in real time at the point of care.

OhioHealth is a family of not-for-profit, faith-based hospitals, health and surgery centers, home-health, medical equipment and health service suppliers that cover a 46-country area.

The Health IT Summits gather 250+ healthcare leaders in cities across the U.S. to present important new insights, collaborate on ideas, and to have a little fun - Find a Summit Near You!
